SORRY KYLIE!
Today Aliya decided she would take her puzzle pieces and throw them... of course hitting Kylie right in the face with four of them. Kylie started crying and screaming. She wasn't trying to hit Kylie by any means, she was just very excitedly getting her puzzle out. Luckily there was only a little mark on Kylie's face that went away. She did tell Kylie "Sorry Kylie" and gave her a kiss.
3 WEEKS OLD!
Kylie is growing like crazy! Her hair is definetly a strawberry blonde especially when you see in the natural light. It will be interesting to see if it changes like Aliya's did. Everyone seems to think the girls look nothing alike until you get out Aliya's baby pictures. Kylie looks just like Aliya is some of the pics and poses, but has her own look at times. She still really likes her sleep (especially when she's held), but is awake for longer stretches. She sleeps pretty good laying down if you can get all her burps out, but sometimes that takes a quite a while. She is becoming very noisy though, grunting and swirming alot. Her eyes are turning more blue. She still doesn't really care for her baths. She has the cutest little chuckle when she's sleeping and smile, but I can't seem to catch either on camera. She is very strong a can hold her head up for several second on her own.
Aliya loves her lil sis, but is still adjusting to her new world. The last week she has been having a very hard time, breaking down everytime we turn around. Jamey went back to work this week and the last couple nights have been very exhausting. Aliya has been waking up a million times, kicking and crying, and only wants mama, doesn't want dada to even touch her. So some of thoose nights I spend with both kiddos on my lap in the chair and usually with Aliya saying "Take her". Luckily the "take her" usually doesn't last long. She still on a kick (it's been months now)where she only naps for 45 - 60 minutes before she wakes up and comes to find me, but isn't ready to be awake so she falls back asleep on my lap. Which can be very interesting especially whe it's time to feed Kylie while Aliya is sleeping on my lap too. I know I need a picture.

GROWING LIKE A WEED & NOT SO MUCH!
Kylie had a check up today and weighed in at 8 lbs. 11 oz and was 21 1/2 inches long! She was down to 7 lbs. the last time they weighed her at the hospital so she's gained 1 lb 11 oz and grown almost 2 inches. Aliya on the other hand is still being watched for her weight, she weighed 23 lbs. 6 oz. today and still slightly below 25%. She use to be in the 90% until about 6 months so I guess we'll have to wait and see if Miss Kylie follows. Aliya certainly has her dada's metabolism! Must be nice!
POOP, POOP & MORE POOP!
Last night we gave both the girls baths and first Kylie peed all over me, then she pooped all over me, the floor and the cupboards! That girl can poop and boy does she have some pressure behind it! It was all over my shirt pants you name it! And Aliya in the bath was quite concerned about the whole thing, UH, UH, UH, pointing and looking like she was going to cry. Then this morning she pooped all again when I was changing her. Her clothes, blanket, changing pad, dresser....both times I had to wake her up, the bath hoping she would sleep that night since she didn't want to wake up all day and this morning because we had to get ready to go the doctor... guess we know her opinion about being woke up!
